My room was very clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities.

It was a great relief to find everything in order after reading some of the negative reviews. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

Arriving at the venue, I was immediately transported to a luxurious oasis. the hotel staff were impeccable in their service, offering me a personalized in, room breakfast with a stunning view of the outdoor swimming pool. the massage at the Spa and wellness center was a much, needed relaxation after a long flight. the room advantages including private facilities were beyond my expectations, with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need.

The only minor downside was the inconsistent Wi, Fi connection in my room. But the leisure/TV room provided entertainment and a comfortable space to work.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature nice bathrooms with excellent showers. The staff are courteous and responsive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes fit for all tastes.

We had a very pleasant stay at Carlton. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with cozy beds and pillows. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Carlton for a business trip, and I can't say enough good things. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The hotel building itself is stunning, with a palace-like appearance. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including delicious spring rolls and samosas. I also appreciated the healthy salad choices. The room I booked was an Executive, and the Executive Lounge was a great space for meeting with guests and relatives.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, with easy access to three metro stations and plenty of taxis and buses. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the spacious and spotlessly clean bathrooms, it was a pleasure to use. The gymnasium on the roof floor was also a great bonus, great to stay active.

There were a few negatives. The rooms and facilities were quite old and in need of some updates.

The workers acted positively to comments for improvement. The Business Centre was very comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes away from the airport, making it easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we were even given a free upgrade to an executive suite. The facilities, including the gym, sauna, steam room, and rooftop pool, were all great. the room service was efficient and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The rooms were a bit worn and tired, and the bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep in. The water in the room wasn't refilled often enough, and it seemed like a hassle to keep requesting it.
